Newman&Associates Ripoff Scam Thief

Internet & Web

A few years back, I ordered & downloaded I Am Big Brother and it worked really well. Recently, my computer crashed and I lost the software.

I tried re-ordering I Am Big Brother online at the end of March, paid for it online with my credit card, tried the link to download it, it didn't work, I wrote 2 messages via their website. No response. I wrote a message on the parent company website, InternetSafetySoftware.com no response.

I will be filing a dispute with my credit card in the morning.
