Tybee Software "Newman & Associates" ripoff took my $, delivered NO product, won't answer e-mails Internet

Ordered I Am Big Brother software in CD-Rom format - was sent no confirmation of purchase or purchase #, and was given a download link (which I did not download). When I wrote to say I wanted CD-Rom (and was charged for CD-Rom) I was told it would be sent.

That was 10/31/02 and no CD yet, though my credit card was charged on 11/02/02. E-mailed the "Support Specialist" Jamie Dunlap on 4 more occasions requesting CD - then requesting refund - they tried to offer me another download link which I did not utilize. Now, I've gotten no responses to my last 2 e-mails.

This company is clearly not trustworthy and I would encourage anyone to avoid any products from Tybee Software!!
