I had placed an order back in November. I did not receive my order after 2 months of waiting, so I wrote to them asking what had happened and they responded by stating that they will resend my shipment. They asked to wait for their email with tracking number which will be ready in 10 days. After waiting, I asked for the tracking number but I got no response. On the 5th email, I threaten to call my credit company and ask for charge back. This time they responded and asked that I don't do this because they will not get paid. So, once again, I asked them to ship my order. Since then, it has been 6 months in waiting, I still do not have any response from them and no shipment. My credit card company could not do chargeback since the transaction had passed 60 days.
I hope others will read this and never do any business with these people.
