My husbands's in the navy and on deployment. We got married and were together for only 6 days and then he left for 6 months. I ordered some of, what i thought, were really cute products from the online store to have delivered so that i could take pictures to send to him. I ordered a month ago, and as of today have not recieved my merchandise. I have sent 6 emails and never got a response to any of them!!! The money was taken out of my account less than 48 hours after i placed the order (which was not cheap). What can i do to get my money back or the merchandise i paid for??? I'm seriously looking into taking legal action against them because i wasn't the only victim of this fraudulent online company.
