Scam ripoff

Called and spoke to Rick about getting networking done for office computers. He assured me he or one of his techs would be at my place at 8 am on Saturday April 1st. I left a message confirming the appointment on Friday the 31st. At 8:05 am, Rick called to say he wouldn't send anyone out. When I started to question why, he hung up on me.

As a business owner myself, I don't understand this disrespectful treatment of a customer. My learning lesson is never do business with a company that doesn't list their address. They obviously have a reason to hide how you can get to them.
