Ripoff Payment Made, Checked cashes 2 weeks befor payment, hit with late fee, instrest rate went up, Ripoff

I sent in my payment 1/3, my check cleared my bank on 1/7. Payment was not credited to my account and Dell called me every day for 5 days telling me I was late, I explained that they recived my payment and cashed my check on 1/7 and asked if they want a copy of cancled check, was told no they would check it out. Dell just keep calling and calling. I searched the web for help, I was told to contact FDIC @ fdic. Gov to file a complaint. Dell called me asked for a copy of check, I had my bank Fax a copy to them, the FDIC got a hold of them and I cecived a credit of over due, instrest over chargees. I want to find a way to SUE them for Unfair Fair Debt Collection.
