Told Two Payments Missed Despite Canceled Checks, Then Charged Extra Fees

When Dell called and said I didn't make 2 months payments I got mad. I told them I had the canceled checks. They said I would have to send them a copy, but until this was figured out I would keep showing up late. They told me if I didn't pay this they were going to send it to the credit bureau. I told them I would pay it keep my credit good. I ask if I could pay a check over the phone he said sure, the payment was $83.00 then he said $10.00 for doing a check over the phone and $34.29 for late charges now my Dell has crashed and they won't help an I got 4 year extra service on it Dell is a ripoff.
