Ripoff they called my house an told me they had not recived a payment for two months Carol stream, Il

When dell called an said i didnt make 2 months payments i got mad i told them i had the canceled checks. They said i would have to send them a copy, but until this was figured out i would keep showing up late. They told me if i didnt pay this they were going to send it to the credit buruea. I told them i would pay it keep my credit good. I ask if i could pay a check over the phone he said sure, the payment was $83.00 then he said $10.00 for doing a check over the phone and $34.29 for late charges now my dell has crashed and they wont help an i got 4 year extra service on it dell is a ripoff.
