Ripoff

I signed up with a freeware web posting and they requested a $1.00 monthly fee for using their freeware services. I agreed to their $1.00 monthly fee and signed up with my debit card. Shortly after signing up for the $1.00 monthly fee, my credit card was charged $59.95 on 2/17/06. I did not give prior approval to those charges nor was I notified of the charges.

I contacted this company at 1800-649-4065 five different times since 2/17/06 asking for my money to be refunded and each time they stated it would be refunded and to date it still has not (they keep stating a technical difficulty.) I am the process of filing an unauthorized charge with my bank and also turning this into the better business bureau as I did not authorize these charges with healthydiscountcard.com.

I have asked to speak to a manager and there is not one available and they will not give me the corporate number.

Stay away from unlimitedsoftware.com as this is the website I used for the freeware services. Also there is not any contact info for this website so I cannot contact them to discuss this issue either
