Ive still not had any reply as to why I am being charged by you for a course that is intended by the US Government to be used as Freeware

And why when I e mailed your company to ask this question, have you blocked me any access to your customer services, without again providing any answers, and not even having the decency to reply?
Be assured I will be posting my complaints and your lack of response on any Complaints board about you that I can find
