Decieved and harrassed

Trade-in in a Spectra and purchased an Amanti. The manager Travis put in wrong amount on pay-off of trade-in. I was on lot in am on Wednesday. Told Travis did contract with First Extended Service Contract - said I didn't want - was told it had to stay and I could cancel. The finance company approved loan on on Dec 19. First call for pay-off amount on Spectra was on Dec. 27. Recieved call from lender on Spectra Dec 23 or 24 stating my 10 day grace was up. Explained I had traded in.

Called and told by Scott he would not pay-off car till he recieved check for Amani
He cussed at me and called me many names including liar and scam artist. Spectra lender adds tracking devises that are retrieved after pay-off and 400.00 returned. Kia called lender on Spectra regarding pay-off on Jan 3rd. Lender tried to retrieve tracking devise car not found. Kia had sold it on Dec 30 before paying it off.

Requested a cancelation of service contract on Spectra on Dec 13th. Signed paper. Called yesterday it has not been canceled and the consumer can not do it only the dealer. I am losing money daily. I am also being sued by Kia for the difference in pay=off plus cost of tracking devise.
The manager at Kia, Travis danced saying you should read your contract-you signed it.
