Ripoff

I encountered the same problem with PMG like a lot of people.

I paid good money for services I didn't receive.

Endlessly I tried to receive a reimnursement, but was regularly fobbed off with lame excuses.
Needless to say that I haven't been able to access my web site ever since, which, as said by other people I had to build myself.

When questioned about the fact that I didn't really get the help I expected, I was told that they would keep in touch with me for at least a year to help me get my web site working and live, which never happened.

So far I haven't received any constructive help nor any pay back
and find myself in the situation that I can't afford to pay for another service that would do the job much better.

Any help or advice from other "victims" would be much appreciated.
