I order some dvds from this company on the 5 january i haven't received my order yet

I order some dvds and i haven't receive them yet its been 42 days and all i get from them is excuses all the time, but they don't let me know anything, is always me who had to contact them, but only by e mail because there is no other way. I also ask them by e mail to refaund my money but still there is not answer. Now i am just very angry about all this, i'm only want my money back.
