Ripoff, site does not correct gliches Internet

I have been a silver member for quite some time on alt.com.

I will keep this short. The site does not operate in the manner that it did when I first was a member.

I have tried, to no avail, to contact alt support to assist and they only respond with busy work about my computer and it's operatoing system etc... They do not address the issue/s stated.

I have read the other complaints about this site and it's affiliates and the complaints are varied but offer no way to resolve the problems.

I would welcome feedback on this site and how to correct the many problems therein.
