Ripoff Never Refuded Me The Money For The Return Product, Fraud

I placed the order through the ebay. Bought the microdermabrasion machine for $1820.00. He gave a month to return it and I did returnit within two weeks beacuse it did not worked for me. He told me that he would check it out and give me the refund for $1820.00

After recieving his machine back he never emailed me back, never returned my calls. I still leave him massages but no sign of him.

If anybody can give any advise regarding this that would be really helpfull. His name is Joe Tafoya and he is an asthetician. He does this for living I think. He is still selling his items on ebay and I have no idea what to do to get my money back from him. ANy advise would help.
