We canceled our internet service in March. My husband recieved the confirmation number over the phone with an employee. We moved to a new town later in the month and started internet service with a different provider.
In Janurary of 2006 we had a series of bounced checks that confused us since we should have had more than enough to cover our withdrawls. I signed us up for online banking to find the source of our missing funds. My husband then realized NetZero was still withdrawling funds from our account! When he contacted them about the stolen funds they said they had no record of any cancelation and would not refuned all of the money but would refund us a portion of it.
Two months later we have not recieved any of our money and they have actually taken more money out! We have been calling them two times a week and no one seems to know anything about where our money is or how long it will take to get any of it back. We are very dissapointed and feel that our trust has been violated.
