ContactMania.com ripoff - did not refund monies even though I cancelled

I ordered contact lens from contactmania.com. After serveral weeks, I did not received my order so I contacted them again and I was told the order was backordered. Several weeks later, still nothing, so I contacted them again and they had nothing to say, so I decided to cancel the order. However, I did not receive my money back. After several communications with contactmania, and promises I would receive it, I still never did. I then reported them to the BBB, still nothing. I then reported them to Consumer Affairs and still they have not given me my money back. Anyone looking to buy contact lenses from these people should be aware. I'm out 90 dollars because of these thugs.
