Will not pay rebate for product purchased. Ripoff

I purchased a Anti Virus program from CA almost a year ago. I completed all the necessary parts for the rebate and mailed in within 2 weeks. 8 weeks later I recieved a email from wheresmyrebate.com that stated that my rebate was processed and on the way.

It never came. I started calling the company and their phone was always busy, they would not respond to emails, and then their phone was dicconected. I started contacting CA about 5 months ago and all they do is run you around from department to department.

No one will help you, they just either ignore you or tell you they can't help but give you some one else who does the same thing.
