Ripoff no good bum! Paid for item on ebay never got it

I bid on 2 movies and won them. He didnt accept paypa so I sent a check. Gues swhat? Nothing!!! When I ordered them from him he had 100% good feedback. I complained to ebay but nothing yet only that they closed his account. I have emailed and emailed him but like everyone else. I get no response. I hope he ends up in Jail for a while for what he is doing to people!!! No good bum!!
