Company is a ripoff, NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

I found this company's website in October. Thinking this would make a good christmas present for my son I ordered a computer from this company. I filled out the application and mailed it to them. They proceeded to take $99 from my checking account. The company said it would be 4-6 weeks before I received my computer.

I started calling them the end of November. I was told "we don't have a list of the completed computers yet. You will receive an email when it is ready to ship." I called again a few days later - "We just received a list of computer ready to ship and we are going through it and will let you know if you are on this list". The next time I called I was told the same thing. I asked how can you not know who you ordered a computer for and what the status on it is? I was told that they don't have that information. It is now December 4. I know that I am not going to get this computer in time for Christmas. I decide to do a little research on the company and come across this website.

I immediately call the company and cancelled the order. They said fine and it would be 30 days before I received a refund.

I then received an email telling me that they don't give refunds and if they sell the computer then they might be able to give me a refund. Now at this point I am livid. How can they sell a computer that according to them hasn't even been built yet.

December 15th I am on-line checking my banking and discover this company took out the monthly lease payment for this computer that 1- I never received and 2- that was cancelled. I marched right down to my bank and filed a nonauthorized use form. Not only did I get back the monthly lease payment but the bank also reversed the $99 downpayment from this company. I made sure to attach copies of the many reports on this website.

My advise to anyone in this situation. Cancel the computer and go immediately to your bank with as much information as you can get.
