No respect, jerked around like garbage, ripoff

35 minute phone wait to cancel people pC account, rude agent tried to jerk me around. Gave info., kept acking irrelevent questions. Finally was diconnected with no confirm of cancel.
FTC and BBB also notified. If a co. Does not give me respect, lost my business for life, pig simple.
