I flew yesterday from DFW to Chicago... Awful absolutely awful! The worst staff I ever seen in my entire life... This agent Carlos P. At DFW airport, nobody can be more rude and discourteous than him so before even talking about the canceled flight that I had to face and the fact that all my next flights were messed up, I am going to ask you to train your agents!"Customer service" mean help the clients no matter your mood or long day so please when people are polite, you have to give them the same respect! For me it's gonna be the last time with this airline, I lost my money and my time!
