Daniel Kidwell - 1exoticwear.com - Bigdentertainment.com ripoff sold me a business called "alwaysnaughty.com" and it was registered in my name so how is he now trading with that name?

About December I agreed to purchaqse via E Bay a business called alwaysnaughty.com from a Daniel Kidwell he transferred the business over to me after I had paid him and he offered to dropship the lingerie for me I received many orders & forwarded the money to Kidwell but he never sent the goods I subsequently had to refund over 4000.00 to my customers during this time & prior to me knowing that he was keeping my money I also agreed to purchase 1exoticwear from Kidwell & paid him 2000.00 for it but he never handed the business over to me I tried all ways to contact him but he had moved to a new address, Now on looking up your home page I see that bigDentertainmen say they are alwaysnaughty how can this be as I have not passed it over to them? What measures can I take to get this bastard who still appears to be ripping people off? I am a pensioner & he took all my savings
