I hate this company. Wasted thousands of dollars and l lost customers

If you have more than 2 lines that you want to use you would need T1. I wish I was explained that when I signed up. When I discussed that I will need to get 20 lines later on I was advised that it will be no problem and no one mentioned that I will need at least T1 to have the calles clear if I have more than 2 lines. Be aware of what they say to you on the phone when you sign up. I signed up and got dropped calls all the time with my customers. Lost many customers.

When called aptela, I was advised that it's on my end. How convenient is that. Lol. The best way to have the phone line is to have a land line. Do not waste your money on VOIP from APTELA since it ends up more expensive than a land line especially if you are a small business.
