Ripoff of VirusScan online purchase and Discover & Recover cd internet

12-06 I ordered VirusScan from McAfee online and paid by EFT. They e-mailed my order number but I didn't get my download.

I contacted customer service and they told me I registered under a different email address, the one they claim I used was like mine but the numbers were missing, besides it don't exist, I wrote to it looking for my download and Mailer-daemon sent it back.

I then contacted McAfee's live chat customer service and they said my download was up and running and then said I had to change my e-mail address and password, they changed both from their end and told me what my new password was.

I still don't have my VirusScan download and how was McAfee able to email my order number if I had used a wrong e-mail address? This battle began 12-23-05 when my free trial ended and it's now 1-26-06 and they say no refund because it's past 30 days so I'm out $47.94 and no pc protection. The dicover & recover cd which is a physical shipment is being tracked by McAfee.
