This is a copy of an E-Mail I sent to E-ProAuction.com
This should give a clear picture of what I'm up against.

On or about Dec 2 I responded to a free offer for some e-bay selling info. Which I never received. To get this free info I had to pay a small shipping charge of $2.95.in order to pay for the shipping charges I had to give you a credit card number. Now after talking to a CS person, after a two hour hold, there was a very small terms and conditions at the bottom of the page which I did not see.

It states that I will be charged $49.95 a month for services and that I must notify you within 7 days of charges to receive a refund. I have never received and communications from you either in the mail or e-mail regarding any services. I do not have an account with you in anyway that I can see.

How can I request a refund on something that I'm not notified of. The only way that I'm aware of these charges is from my credit card stmt which I received Sat, Jan 21. I called Sat to be informed that you were closed.

The original $ 49.95 charge was charged to my credit card on Dec 28th. From your CS person, this morning, I was informed that I was charged another 49.95 on Jan 13th. I will receive my credit card stmt on about Feb 20th. With no way of getting a refund!!! 7 days will have passed.

However, your CS person said he would request a refund for these Jan 13th charges this morning. I now have to wait for my credit card stmt to verify the refund since you do not issue receipts for services or any communications. That makes your refund policy very convenient.

Furthermore, I see a charge, on my credit card stmt, for $5.25 on Dec 31st from Auction Success RPT. After calling and being referred to two other 800 numbers and being on hold for two hours I hung up and called another number and found out this is all part of the of above scam. I see nothing in anything that I have done that ok's this charge.

So at this point I'm requesting a full refund for $49.95 49.95 5.25 2.95= $108.10, since I have received nothing from your company in anyway except two days of disappointment, to my credit card. Please inform me when this credit is issued.

PS: After checking the internet for similar treatment I'm find this issue to be very common. I think at this point there maybe a Class Action lawsuit to be under taken.
