Virgin mobile does not keep it's promises

Last month I was double charged. Called the same day and they didnt see the 2nd charge. Next day they did and said a refund would be issued within 7-10 business days. 10 business days came and went with no refund.

Called and again they claim they see no double charge even though it appears in my account history on my end. Rep stated since he couldnt see the charge I would have to give him all my payment info again and fill out a dispute form and mail it back then wait another undisclosed amount of time for a refund. Was also told that I would receive a credit to my account in the amount of the duplicate charge to receive a free month of service since it was now going on 3 weeks and they had bounced my account. Received the refund 4 business days later.

Called 8-20-12 to inquire about the credit since my account was now due for another top up. Absolutely no notes on my record of EVER even calling for any reason. Was told I could get a $10 credit and to shove it essentially. The rep then hung up on me after telling me the only promise he could make was that I would not receive more than a $10 credit from anyone I spoke to.

Eventually gave up and agreed to the $10 credit. Log into my account this morning (8.21.12), $10 credit is there however I am blocked from making any payments. I cant add a new card and its refusing the stored card. So now my service is cut off with no way of paying. Way to treat your customers Virgin Mobile. Will be leaving asap.
