Xbox 360 Sale Fake Drop-Off Left Account Negative $1200

I sold some Xbox 360s on eBay to make a little bit of a profit. It was a nice idea at the time. Once the items sold, I checked for the buyer to pay me and then sent them off. After a while, people started to say, "Hey, I have no Xbox, where is it?"

To make a long story short, the place they were sent from turned out to be a fake eBay drop-off location, and I got scammed big time. The buyers were given back their money, and my PayPal account is now negative 1200 dollars.

Since I have not been able to pay this 1200 dollars within the time they wanted, they have now frozen payments which were already sent and completed. They have put the account of one of my good friends at -191 dollars. I sent her 250 for her family out of my husband's bonus check because her husband lost his job before Christmas and she had nothing for her family. Merry Christmas, huh. So now her only means of income (PayPal) has taken back money that was sent on Dec 16 (it is Jan 21 today, mind you), and they have also taken back money from anyone I sent to from Dec 16 until now.

So now I am in serious trouble, and guess what they have blackmailed me with: if you bring your account balance to at least 0, we will release the holds that have been placed. They have also told my friend, when she called, that I used fraudulent funds to pay her with. The only money put in my account has been from A) my debit card, B) an online game called vzones, where I sell things, and C) eBay. Now isn't saying I used "fraudulent funds" slander? Any lawyers out there think so? How about the harassment? I have also contacted the IFCC with all the information on the eBay dealings; no help from there yet. If any lawyer is reading this, please help me.
