I sold some xbox 360's on eaby to make a lil bit of a proffit. Was a nice idea at the time. Once the items sold I checkd for the buy to pay me and then sent them off. After a while ppl started to say "hey I have no xbox where is it"

To make a long story short the place they were sent from turned out to be a fake ebay drop off location and I got scammed big time. The buyers were given back their money and my paypal account is now negative 1200 dollars.

Since I have not been able to pay this 1200 dollars within the time they liked they have no frozen payment which were already sent and completed. They have made one of my good friends account -191 dollars. I sent her 250 for her family out of my husband bonus check because her husband lost his job before xmas and she had nothing for her family. Merry christmas huh. So now her only means of income (paypal) has taken money back that was sent on dec 16 (it is jan 21 today mind you) and they have also taken back money form anyone I sent to from dec 16 till now.

So now I'm screwed and guess what they have blackmailed me with. If you bring your account balance to atleast 0 we will release the holds that have been placed. AND they have also told my friend when she called that I used FRAUDULENT funds to pay her with. The only money put in my accoutn has been form A) my debit card B) an online game called vzones. I sell things in there and C) ebay. Now isn't sayin I used "fraudulent funds" Slander? Any lawyers out there think so? How about the harassment??? I have also contacted the ifcc with all the information on the ebay doings; no help from there yet. If any lawyer is reading this PLEASE help me.
