Ripoff sold me a defective computer. I discovered it was a factory damaged unit. They are blaming me for it and don't want to exchange or return it to them

Macmall, Apple computer's retailer sold me a factory defect unit. As soon as I discovered it, I told them but they told me that they are going to do something about it. They used everything to delay the process so that it will exceed the time limit of a DOA unit which
is 30 days only. I was ignored everytime I call them to follow up the exchange. They agreed to it but later changed their minds. Now, they claim that they will not have it exchanged so I'm stuck with their defective product.
