This company is a SCAM. I purchased their download service and never received the promised info to access the service. The number on the credit card bill is a recorded voicemail. If you do call follow directions carefully. After you leave a message you must press any key then they prompt you to press the pound key. This has not helped me so far but maybe someone else will benefit.
Their website they provide in the voicemail has gotten me nowhere either. I have now reported them to the Buffalo, New York Better Business Bureau and have filed a Billing Dispute with my credit card company.
I would suggest others report to the BBB, maybe it will lead to them being shut down!
