Ripoff fraudulent credit card charge

I checked my bank balances online this morning and saw a charge for $9.95 on my check card. I have not made any purchases for $9.95. I contacted my bank and they informed me that it was a charge from ews-design.com, a website I have never even heard of before today.
I called the number my bank provided me. A recording came on, only saying to press 1 to leave a voicemail or press 2 to leave a fax number. I left a message this morning, but needless to say, they have not returned my call.
