Ripoff

I signed up with this hosting company last year and everything worked well, until this summer. Three of the sites that I have hosted had major issues. Email problems. And so on. The customer service is terrible. Basically this company is probably made up of a few morons in southern california, who are completely lazy and cannot handle their own customers issues.

They contract people in other countries who speak broken english and probably pay them unfair wages to listen to their customers problems, but not solve anything (aka an internet sweatshop. I have since built my own server to host websites and I no longer need their unpredictible services. Recently I was charged $60 to renew service which I had canceled and did not authorize. They did not email me to let me know and when I asked why they said they dont have to because they auto-renew. So basically they have the same polcies as an online porn company. Which by the way is something they list on their site that you cannot host with them... How ironic.

To sum this up I have gone back and forth to get my money back and nothing has been done. I get the same answer... 2-3 days ill see a credit... I canceled almost a month ago. Avoid this company like the plague and any company that expects you to auto-renew without them having to let you know.
