Www Citymax ripped off Amherst

I ordered windows XP pro the OEM version on 12/10/05 website clearly states that credit card processes from 24-48 hours then shipped out using priority mail. 9 days later, no delievery confirmation, tried to contact them via phone first no answers. Then i tried to email them several times, all i ever recieve is Thanks For your email, We reply to emails in the order they are
received. We will make every attempt to answer your email within 24-48 hours.
