City Advantage rip off saying my laptop was broken when they received

My Toshiba laptop didn't charge battery & i called circuit city city advantage. They sent me a box in a couple days.

It took about two weeks to be fixed. But I received my laptop back. Problem starts here

Poor Packaging
- there was only ONE small tape sealing the box.
- there was no protection form for laptop inside the box.
—i found a crack on the side of laptop and cover for PCMCIA card slot are missing

Nasty
-there are more than 7 hairs found STUCK between screen and plastic cover on monitor.

Noise
-it starts to make loud noise (i am not sure if they put generic parts... But it all of sudden making noise. And getting louder and louder)

As soon as i got my laptop back and i called city advantage again, but they asked me to fax my letter to Resolution Team.

anyway, i sent resolution team fax, and one of really mean guy called me (he was yelling & shouting)
and said,

The guy told me when they received the laptop from me, the cover for PCMCIA slot wasnt already there. &Oh my lord, how can i prove it was there? Do i need to hire lawyer and let the lawyer to examine prior to ship from now on??? It is just small plastic part, and why would i lie?
&but the guy kept repeating himself it was there.

I, "the plastic cover was there when i sent the laptop"
he, "no, it wasnt there"
I, "was there crack when you receive?"
he, "no"
I, "because i see crack right next to plastic cover"
he, "your mouse button was dirty"
I, "You are not answering my question."

Then this guy keeps shouting at me and just poor poor service ever.

I am paying more than $350 for this service, and i should've just got warranty straight from Toshiba.

Be aware, if you are sending something to city advantage, make sure you take picture of item you are sending or hire a lawyer to check before ship, because if they say "it was already broken when i received", then there is no way to prove.
