Ripoff abysmal customer service unprofessional conduct

I placed an order on line, and received a message from Sugarcraft that my credit card was rejected and my order would be cancelled if I did not correct the problem. I contacted the credit card company and found out that not only was the transaction authorized, but that Sugarcraft had charged me twice for each of the two purchases I made.

I e-mailed Sugarcraft, as I was angry at the misinformation and highly alarmed at the double billing. Over the course of six days and at least as many e-mails, I was subjected to communications that ranged from terse and condescending to personal and insulting. I was told that I misread their message. (Difficult to do, as it was written in clear English). My request for confirmation that my credit card problems had been corrected was ignored for 5 days, and when the issue was addressed it was only to deny that my card had been hit twice. (I find that difficult to believe - the credit card company has less motivation to lie to me in this case than does Sugarcraft. I tend to believe Visa).

The last two communications that I have received (and they are coming in now hourly, as I write this) have been to suggest that I need professional help (presumably psychiatric) and that I have a problem.in this one regard, I will agree with them. I do have a problem and its name is Dolores at Sugarcraft. It has been suggested that I am somehow buckling under the pressure of the holiday season, which hasn't rightly started yet, and that a medical doctor could somehow prescribe something to cure me of my ailments. The indigestion and the headache I'm now suffering can no doubt be cured, but I'm pretty sure there's no pill to make jerks go away, or I would have heard about it on CNN by now. I'm amazed by the reaction I am getting from someone who purports to be a professional business person.

I hope that everyone who reads this will stay far away from Sugarcraft and save themselves a lot of headaches in the process.
