Ripoff the business that doesn't give a dam

Dec. 10 recived my Gateway computer. Sent in for my $100.00 rebate, still as of March 26, not received my rebate. When calling and checking on it I am given the run-around, and statements that it is being process. They show no concern, even though I have called, e-mailed, and even return to the store. Also have had several problems with my computer, and have tried to get help with it, but again given the run around. When a Tech. Does try to help, and cant he just tells me to call back. Gateway shows no concerns nor cares for its custumers after the sale. We paid almost $2, ooo. Oo for this compture, that has caused us nothing but problems—problems that goes unresolved. Thank You for having this site where we can alert others. If Gateway should ever take care of this for me, I will let you know. Have a great week.
