Very bad computer service, never retuens calls, overcharges, and does not return your pc in time (months)

This outfit is run out of a home office they claim. They never return calls once they take your computer and I had to threthen them with the cops to get my laptop back. They are terrible for service and do not know their stuff (PC repair).
