On the phone the person said if i did not call in 1 hour a summons for law suit would be delivered buy sheriff office the next day

I recieved a call at night of march 10 @ 635 about est from Ca. The caller said if i did not return the call in 1 hour they would have the sheriff of leon county send a summons for court the next day at 645 i return the call to a NUMBER THEY GAVE ME and the woman asked for a numbere and it trans to a person they said the same thing again i said well mgood luck i am in fl. And the debt is over 5 years FS 95.11 PG 3 states if debt is not collected after 4 years statue of limittations takes place he said again what would happen.
