Ripoff dishonest fraudulent sales and service

Purchased a second hand laptop, found out 2 months later that laptop hard-drive was faulty, My husband and I personally dropped off the hard drive at the shop for repair/service which we were instructed to do. We never recovered our hard drive as they denied that we ever dropped it off, and they refused to acknowledge selling us a faulty second hand laptop.
