Sell2all.com RIPOFF Fraudulant ebay-based business dishonors and ignores winners! NE Internet

This internet based business conducts most of its sales through Ebay, and has a lot of good feedback. I ordered an Lcd monitor from their Ebay store, and paid directly after winning the item. The listing was vague about shipping, but charged ridiculous amount - something like $30!!! I waited about 10 business days and after not receiving this item that I need very much, and then dicided to contact the company. They didn't have an option to contact through ebay, so I had to go directly through their website, and they took another few days to respond. When they did, all they could say is that they had no record of the order. When I emailed them again, this time leaving a phone number and item number, they ignored me. It had now been 20 days, and after finding their number and calling them which was not easy to do, they emailed me saying a refund has been issued.

Cleary folks, this shows that the company had a record of the order, and after I won... AND PAID they sold it under-the-table to another ebayer. The fact that they gave me a 20 day run-around and I still didn't get the merchandise places this company in among the worst of ebay companies. Be wary of this company and contact me if you're interested in a class action law suit of any type.
