Ripoff, fraudulent, and dishonest charges for web access when noone is at home

This company has sent me a bill for $197.16 of socalled web accesses when no one is at home to use the computer.
I don, t understand how a company van get by with this when the government is busy telling everyone that computers are safe to use and more secure.

Obviously it, s not and to know that aol is allowing this to happen, to it, s customers is dead wrong, and i will find another internet company who more secure and safe.
