Ripoff over the internet

This company i.E.internet speedway is practicing deceptive and possibly fraudulent advertising. I was never told about any payments other than the s. And h. Charges.

They advertise a free cd and said nothing about 5 payments of 59.99. I would never have given them my credit card number if i had known about their "hidden" payments! When i contacted the company to cancel my account they told me and i'm not kidding "you can never cancel this account" "we have your credit card number". What do i do now?
