Ripoff, Just Wrong, NOT nice. We went the small bussiness owner because that's what we were taught... So we left our PC, they said it was fixed and ready next day but WASN'T repaired and they won't back up thier work!

Computer crash or virus, I had a problem, So I called a local company and went to the small store front. We meet with a young couple eating lunch, with there baby girl.

We were told that it would probaly run around $75.00. So we left our PC there. We were told we would hear from tommorow. I even made it easy I had the reovery disks. We
were called the next day, that it was fixed and ready.

First mistake my husband picked it up and paid cash... Couldn't wait to get back on my computer and I only updated a journal and shut down. Some time later, I tried to open the PC and nothing. Same thing.

So I called in the morning and left a message, I did not hear from them by late afternoon, so I called and was told by the wife that she does not know anything about my PC problems and she would not be talking her husband all day.

I asked you won't be speaking to him all day and the she hung up on me, first I thought we were jsut cut off. So I called back and she put me to voice mail.

Not one hour later her husband, call's and screaming at me saying that he fixed it and even told him, I opened the file. He was just screaming, that he fixed it and said, I asked your not going to look at it again.

He kept saying he fixed it, I'm like it not even 24 hours do you mean your not backing up your work and then he was just rambling and would not let me talk ;So I poliety told him I was hanging up not backing up your work and then he was just rambling and Mistaking paying cash.

Botom line I went to the big guys, a nationwide chain (name deleted - see below)
