SMKSuperstore AKA PCBoost ripoff scam artists will not replace faulty items sent to me

This is regarding an order I placed with SMKsuperstore for a motherboard cpu and fan combo. The unit has been running slow since I bought it. I was extremely busy and could not examine it closely to see if I could find any problems with the unit. Then one day the fan died and the system started making weird clickng noises near the fan are right before it died.

I sent the RMA to them becasue this unit has a 1 yr warranty from them they received the unit and took their time to respond back with their report of what they were going to do for me as far as replacing parts. Well they finally got back to me when after 3 days of emails and no response my wifre threatened to file a chargeback and get our money back. Tthey immediately replied to that email lol and turned around and threatened to call my local police if I filed a chargeback on my card.

I finally got a 800 number to contact them and the person that answered was extremely rude about the whole situation and said the fan was the only problem that it had already been fixed the fan was replaced and it was supposedly tested. Well I got it a few days later and threw it all back together real fast and installed windows xp on the system once it got to the welcome screen of windows the same weird clicking noise started the sound is best described as a tick tock of a clock and clicks about 2-3 times per second. Anyhow if the fan is not the problem I want the board and or the chip replaced and it to be brand new as stated when I origianlly bought it.

As of right now its been a day and they still have not responded back about the faulty testing or items they have sent already once and I'm sure if I were to threaten a chargeback theyd started screaming that I'm stealing from their company again by doing that and try and contact my local police.

To make a long story short I would not advise anyone to use their company for any type of products because they do not provide professional customer service or work on items that are faulty and they do not stand behind their warranty from what I've seen because if they did they would have replaced the board the first time. When I was looking at the shipping label for the box I got it also says pc boost on it and Im assuming that since the only way to contact them through their website is exactly the same type of email screens that they are most likely the same company so be wary of pcboost.com also because they are probably one in the same.
