Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing Hillcrest

This Company is a scam! I found a charge on my checking account for $33.00. It listed the company's phone number so I called it and get this girl who first answers the phone "Hello".

I start asking her questions about what I am calling and she doesn't know, tells me to hold this is her first day! I ask more questions and she puts me on hold again. I demand my money, she tells me they are some internet ordering company with a $2500 shopping spree and the $33.00 charge is for an inactivity fee?! I Say WHAT? How long do you have to be inactive to get charged. She says 3 months, but the account could of been opened 6 months ago. She tells me they have the IP address the order came from. I said I want it, she tells me they will call me back yesturday.

Still haven't heard from them. I also demanded a copy of the contracted. She says she'll make note of it. I know this is nothing I signed up for. She gave me there web address equinetonline.com and when when you call the number you first get a recording saying Firstinet. When you log onto the web page all you get is a log on screen which you cant logon to. And if your a new member, you cant log on either and when you click on any of the links to it, you get nothing!
