Poor Product, slow shipping, no emails returned, internet scam, ripoff

I recently ordered a pair of basketball shoes from reallydope.com because the website seemed professional and legit. As soon as I opened the package that arrived 4 weeks later, the truth about this company became clear.

First, the shoes were labeled size 12, but were nowhere near that size. (They fit like a size 10. I can't even put them on my feet.)

Second, the shoes that I ordered did'nt match the shoes on the picture. They coloring and pattern were off. The shoes they sent me were cheap-looking and ugly.

Third, the customer assistance of this site is awful. They don't return emails and the "live chat" feature on the website is a joke, they NEVER have anyone on there.

Fourth, the order didn't have any kind of valid return address, the sender's address simply said - No. 50 Nam Hang Village. Tai Po. Hong Kong. Also, no phone number or invoice were provided.

I am warning others to stay away from these people because they run this outfit very poorly. After all, they sent me a product that is useless. Stay away from reallydope.com. This company conducts their business poorly and does'nt have the business sense to correct their wrongs.

Simply stated, don't do business with these clowns, you'll be sorry.
