Ripoff

This is the worst, most unethical company I have ever come across. They billed me for services that I never used. When I tried to dispute the charges, they billed me any extra $200, and immediately sent a collection agency to go after me, threating me and intimidating me. Evidently they think that most people will be so frightened by the possibility of a negative credit report that they will just pay up hundreds of dollars. This is a total scam. The owners should be put in jail, and the office should be closed down.

When I checked on the Better Business Bureau site, it said that the company has the worst possible rating - an "F." It has tons of complaints against them for fraud. And I should add that they use false advertising and deceptive consumer practices. On the website, they advertise proudly that they are "consistently ranked as America's Top Web Hosting Company." This is nothing more than a lie, trying to trick people to use their services when they are snake oil salesman. They are not a reputable company at all.

When I tried to contact the customer service representatives, it took days to get through. Finally I talked to someone who was completely rude and dismissive. When I tried to point out that the company had been billing me for services that it had never provided, he became furious and hung up on me.
