Netfirms.com Wrongfully billed my credit card for services

The company has my credit card number and repeatedly billed me for services that I did not want. I finally had to contact Mastercard to report the problem and seek reimbursement. Mastercard could not prevent billing but told me to call them if wrongly billed.netfirms agreed to reverse but I'm still short more than $100. After all those complaints, they still billed me IN ADVANCE for a year of hosting. What a mess. They are difficult to contact and make it as hard as possible to end the business relationship. Don't fall for the glossy website. There are many better hosting companies. I'm considering small claims court on the principle of fairness and to make them think twice about doing it to anyone else.
