Ripoff, Terry Newborn will steal your money

I and my wife ordered package number 5 from the Capital Publications website on Aug. 29. The price of Package number 5 is $91.95. So we went to the order page and put in all our info and on Sept 1 the money was taken out of our account.

On Sept. 15 we still had recieved nothing so called the numbers given on the website and found everything to to be automated. I left at least 3 messages trying to find out when my order would arrive and I have heard nothing.

Now being fair the website site did say it would take 2-3 weeks for my order to arrive. I told my wife to be patient and lets see what happens.

On Sept. 22 my mail arrived and still nothing. I then decide to do a little investigating on my own and came up with a little more info on Capital publications.

I foumd out that they have a unsatisfactory rating with the Better Business Bureau. They also refused to answer any questions regarding the marketing practices they use to sell their product.

There was one more piece of info on that BBB report cought my eye. A individual by the name of Terry Newborn was named as president of the company. (Thats right Terry Newborn, your now known to everybody who reads this report you crook!)

I then decided to plug Terry Newborns name into the google search engine. This guy had the nerve to place a news release on the internet. Not only did he place the news release but he allowed his name to appear in it not as president of the company but as a meager researcher. What a piece of work this guy is.

Having seen and found enough, I called the Washington D.C. Metro Police and they are now looking in to Terry Newborn and Capital Publications.

To date I have recieved nothing and I cannot get a Living, breathing, Talking person on the phone. Terry Newborn as gone from sending out worhtless product to asending nothing and avoiding all contact with those he steals from.

Do yourself a favor, stay away from capital publications and Terry Newborn.
