Ripoff - Deceptive Billing - Will not Communicate

I purchased a version of real player for $20. What I thought was a one time fee.in the process I used my credit card to purchase the product online. I have received 2 monthly 9.95 charges as well and have not purchased any monthly service.

You cannot un-subscribe from the service online that I can find. I called the number to unsubscribe and was put on hold for 30 minutes. At that point, a receptionist picked up and said he would have to take my name and number to be contacted. I don't have time to waste calling a company like this to cancel something I didn't purchase. I insisted on holding for someone and he said that was not an option. He could not tell me when someone would get back in touch with me. He basically blew me off and gave no options.

Non-authorized billing, bad customer support, poor customer relations.
