Ripoff charges for full subscription while in trial period Melbourne

I thought I would try Realone player - rhapsody, through real.com. What a mistake. Stop yourself from doing business with this company. It isn't worth the frustration!

While in the trial period I noticed my credit card had been charged for subscription service - $59.95!!!

I haven't agreed to subscribe, I'm still in the trial period! I contact them at once to let them know I won't be keeping the service, and after review it's not what I thought it was going to be. There are other services that offer more, for less!

I haven't had much success trying to navigate the site, receive timely replies to my queries and requests for cancelation, and would suggest to anyone considering realone player or real.com for their music listening, to think twice and go elsewhere.

Take my word for it, you'll be happier if you stay clear of this bogus service. Oh and by the way, I'm still out the $59.95!
